Not sure yet. still figuring things out.  I would say no more than 800 inside F4

they were almost $600 all said & done.  The dampening was good, but my springs still were too soft for the kick from the 20G.  I honestly think you should go for a set of coils to match the power and weight-shifting torque.

mmm yummy.  I was really interested in what the Germans had since their dampening seems more thought out than "make it stiff" like the japanese do.

I used to run Bilsteins and they kicked ass compared to Tokico.  I think Bilstein PSS9s are supposedly the shit.

It's a very valid thing when the turbo kicks in.  the front of the car feels floaty during WOT.  The anti-lift kit would help with that tremendously.   Then again the aerodynamics on my wagon isn't that great, especially since my chop job on the bumper and lack of the front lip.

They make good springs, not too stiff like the JDM stuff.  They are a reputable company.  We used them on the Mustangs, better than Eibach in my opinion.
