Well, I have a daily driver tune with cutout closed. Then I have another racemap with cutout open. As far as gus goes, I think he has a single open source tune w/ cutout open.
I'm sure you can just get a single aggressive tune on 91 with open cutout. I've even seen some that detect boost and will open the cutout at a certain level. I forgot her name, but a gal with WRX in vegas has it. Mostly popular amongst VW

yup, and it ran like shit.
On my racemap, it torques out at 4500rpm and is the same. i asked specifically for streets of willow road course response. but on 91, the curves are much different, so the 100octance seemed to provide power at weird points of the curve. But that's just my tune, the off the shelf cobbs could be much different.
