I work for a company Called Citrix Online. I do help desk support. .... no I will not fix your comp, unless you want to fix my car hahaah, i get the same crap all day. in fact, I know all about Citrix in a the worst way. But when inhouse corporate IT runs into a problem, they call us I'm emergency based 24/7 support. Yes I get calls in teh middle of the night. And I also manage a cabinet of servers for our company......and managed to sneak in a server to host this forum. |
