Well guys, i just got a call form EDO (Gregg) and he saiy they are completey cool with us working with them to set up a big BBQ/Meet. With that said, its time to re-plan this...i told him id call him once we figured out what days worked best.
Im pretty much open every weekend up until Dec 18th..Then just about every weekend in Jan. Gregg did say we should give them at minimum a 3 week notice.
so yea this is a great opportunity for us to expand and get everyone together. Ive also talked to Kevin @ SoCal Subies and we have their support as well.

im thinking the 25th is best.... plenty of time for ppl to plan ahead. why? 1) the 4th is ESX's cruise 2) the 11th is Anson/Jon's hike+bungie 3) 18th is Ron's Halloween party 4) All Sundays are out since Anson cant do sundays therefore........ Yay! 25th it is! Im thinking in the afternoon as well... probably after 3 or 4pm since Gus gets off around then.... right? |

EDO from a business / networking standpoint is more important. Ron's event is social, this event leans towards the professional side of the scale. I didn't realize it was going to grow to a larger event (my misunderstanding) |
