anyways..we gotta start thinking of what th bring to eat!
i know i can volunteer becky for some candy cakes :-)
I still like the idea of: KBBQ Chicken (bbq or lime marinade) Cheddarwurst dinner rolls? regular patties The candy cakes and pineapples will be for select VIP. Do you think meal tickets and a cash box would be too tacky? i think a minimal fee towards food would be a good idea. esp if we have things like KBBQ and other things anson mentioned...i mean none of us are rich or anything..lol |

If you haven't noticed, Lei posted she no longer works for EDO. She doesnt' know who will be the event coordinator anymore, so we'll need to call and ask. OR we can just cancel.

^not entirely..... i called EDO the other day, since no one was, and talked to a Gwen (a guy) and kinda informed him on what I knew. from there i gave him Gus's and Paul's number to contact them, since Gus is in charge and Paul worked there. Gwen had mentioned taking "a day to obsorp the info" which should have been yesterday.
so thats where we at....

Either lame or could be busy. But at this point since Leilani was the main contact and the rest of the guys there are probably trying to play catch-up within the shop (which I would imagine to be difficult). So we should reschedule when things for them get less busy. I would LIKE to get somethings started since they are a smaller local shop instead of getting in over our heads at a place like ESX. I don't think we have enough organization strength yet for that kind of a commitment. How about dromo instead? |

New date TBA. If there aren't any objections, I decided to take the position of coordinating this event for F4 and EDO. Because of their schedule and mine, SEMA, we might not be able to get to this until near Christmas or to ring in the new year.

I've been giving it some thought and have been super busy. I didn't want to email Robert or contact EDO without any kind of gameplan. I'm pretty much booked until Jan 17. I'll be avail Jan 17th I mean.
What will be the main purpose of this meet? Better yet, how is our presence relevent? Is it for F4 recognition? Or will it be to promote traffic to EDO? I'm thinking about this from a business like standpoint....

what im hoping for is to spread awareness of F4 and just to meet up with everyone. And maybe work up some sort of relationship with EDO for parts and stuff..
im sure from their stand point, that they want us to have to meet to drive businees their way..
